CHRISTMAS RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For those purchasing gifts over the holiday seasons we understand you might want more time to make sure the receiver is happy with their gift.  For any purchases made during the holiday period from (1st November 2020). Terms for returns and exchanges will be extended until 15th January 2021.  Kapara is unable to refund any postage costs. UK exchanges will be delivered free of charge. For international customers, we will charge an additional fee to send out an exchange item, due to high postage costs.
