The word 'Kantha' traditionally comes from the Sanskrit word for rags and old cloth. They are traditionally from India and Bangladesh and are old saris stitched together by local women.
Kanthas are all completely unique and handmade, they vary in colour and size. We use ours on the end of beds, to cover sofas, as picnic blankets or even to turn into cushion covers.
Size: 149 x 190 cm and this one is a little thicker than normal kanthas
Washing Instructions - cold wash
