About Kapara
Kapara makes bedding and textiles for children and adults, with colour, craft and character running through every collection.
The children’s pieces are playful without feeling childish, while the adult range takes a quieter approach to colour, pattern and texture. Across both, the aim is the same: rooms that feel personal, layered and lived in.
Our textiles are made using traditional techniques including hand block printing, handloom weaving, tie-dye and quilting. We work with a small network of makers and workshops in India, many of whom we have known for years.
Kapara is designed to be lived with. We favour substantial fabrics, reversible designs and prints that can stay in a room as it changes.
Alongside the brand, Daisy founded the Better Future Collective, which supports girls’ education in India. Kapara also supports other children’s projects separately, with the aim of growing this work as the business grows.
