Our Process

1. Initial Consultation

First, send us your details and what you're looking for via the enquiry form below. We’ll then schedule a consultation to discuss your request in detail. Feel free to bring along any ideas, moodboards or examples you have – leave the rest to us.

2. Review our Proposal

Once we know exactly what you’re looking for and we’ve liaised with our artisans, we’ll send you a quote and an estimated timeframe. If you wish to proceed, we’ll send you a secure link to pay 50% of the total in order for us to begin work on your piece.

3. Always in the Loop

Throughout the process, we’re on location to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’ll send you regular updates so you can be sure your order will arrive exactly as expected. Once it's ready, we’ll request the remaining payment and ship your bespoke piece securely.
