INITIAL CONSULTATION
First, send us your details of your vision via the enquiry form below. We’ll then schedule a consultation to discuss your request in detail. Feel free to bring along any ideas, moodboards or examples you have – leave the rest to us.
Review our Proposal
Once we know exactly what you’re looking for and we’ve liaised with our artisans, we’ll send you a quote and an estimated timeframe. If you wish to proceed, we’ll send you a secure link to pay 50% of the total in order for us to begin work on your piece.
ALWAYS IN THE LOOP
Throughout the process, we're on location to ensure everything runs smoothly. We'll send you regular updates so can be sure that tour bespoke order will arrive exactly as expected. Once its ready, we'll request the remaining payment and ship your piece securely.
