Refund policy

We hope you love your purchases for years to come. However, if you do wish to return any items, please see our returns policy below:

• All items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of your order being dispatched.
• Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
• We recommend using a trackable postal service for returns. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items lost in the post without proof of postage.
• Return postal costs can only be refunded if the item is faulty. If this is the case, please obtain proof of postage for us to process the refund.
