Portrait of Jaipur Maharaja
This is an incredibly special painting of a Jaipur maharaja going into ceremony wearing exquisite royal attire and adorned in jewellery. The painting is about 70-80 years old. The detail is the best I have seen using a single hair brush with real gold and stone colour.
The birth if Indian miniature paintings date back to the Mughal empire. They are small-scale, highly detailed pictorial compositions.
Please note these paintings are all originals they are not prints
